0000045: General Bridge Failures (All) - Security Issues, Xoops issue.

Description

This is a generic bug for Some General Bridge issues in RC2.

* PHPBB Bridges (phpbb, phpbb3) have problems with "last login time" getting extra quoted and blowing up the SQL

* Most Bridges (phpbb, phpbb3, smf, smf2, xoops) have security hardening issues where some inputs to the database were not being properly quoted.

* Xoops Bridge: had many wrong variable names. Many of the Xoops variables were still named "smf" and were causing problems.
