What timezone is used for storing raid times in the database? My database timezone is set to SYSTEM and the system is running on EST (GMT-5) with WRM set to GMT+1 (EU server time) but the times in the database appear to be GMT-6. Is that correct and can I rely on that being consistent for calculating UTC timestamps?

If not, how do I determine the UTC timestamp of a raid start time?

hmm, I can't find a way around this particular annoyance. Are normal users always supposed to be able to sign themselves up in a "Drafted" state, no matter what permissions they have?
