hmm, I can't find a way around this particular annoyance. Are normal users always supposed to be able to sign themselves up in a "Drafted" state, no matter what permissions they have?

Looks like JD has come through for us again and created instance icons for the WoW 3.3 patch soon to be released. Feel free to hit the "Current Patch Status" link at the top of the support forum to get ahold of the patch.

I noticed that the TotC patch was NOT linked through the support forum link, it is now. If you couldn't find it before, check again under "Non-Critcal Patches" in the Open Issues thread at the top of the support forum.

The TotC raids are already posted in a patch linked through the Support Forum sticky (green icon at the top listing all patches open for this version).
Onyxia hasn't yet been rolled in under Wrath raids yet...the Icons will stay the same but the raid needs to change formats.
For the moment, just select onyxia out of the Generic WoW Raids instead of going to Wrath and you'll be fine, I'll get a patch to update Onyxia out sometime soon.

The easy answer to this is to go into the "permissions" area and create a permission set that includes the "raids" permission.
Then allocate people to that permission set who you want to be able to create raids.

i have a feature request that i think a lot of raid leaders would like, and that is a raid buff monitor, so it takes people signed up specs and then calculates what buffs are missing etc, mmo-champion have a calculator on their site
